Covid-19 and influenza are still prevailing all over Japan.
So we would like you to make an appointment on the day you wish to see a doctor.
On the day of the appointment, please check your body temperature and physical condition.
If you have the following symptoms, please let us know before you come to our clinic.
: Headache, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or any other symptoms of cold.
Has your body temperature risen to more than 37 degrees Celsius or 98.6 Fahrenheit since 2 weeks?
- Have you taken a pain-killer, and/or antipyretic since 2 weeks?
- Have you noticed something wrong with your sense of taste and/or smell?
- Have you had any contact with people contracted COVID-19?
We ask that all patients fill out a medical questionnaire before their appointment.
